Hi - I am Kourtney.
I began my consulting firm, KP Global, in 2013 harnessing the energy, fostering ideas and utilizing local solutions to support partners around the world create a world they want to live in. This has centered on collaboration with human rights defenders, democracy activists, civil society organizations, academics, religious actors and community members.
I have more than 25 years of experience as a facilitator, bridge-builder, collaborator, strategist, networker, partner and friend within the non-violent collective action community.
My specialization in civic engagement is underpinned by a deep-seated commitment to community empowerment, political engagement and ensuring human rights for all.
Recent focus includes promoting and protecting fundamental freedoms across varying political landscapes. These initiatives have consistently secured diverse funding and fostered pivotal partnerships.
